The Lone Star Region Porsche Club of America is putting on a Driver's Education event at Texas World Speeday on September 24th and 24th. This event is open to anyone. The Porsche club is known for emphasizing SAFETY FIRST, so even if you've never been on a race track before, this is a good opportunity to learn. This is NOT A RACE; this is a non-timed educational event that teaches you to control your car at high speeds. HMMS member Hugh Brazier, also an LSA-PCA member and one of the instructors at this event, gave some details at the August meeting.
