New Cooper S in Austin (on Saturday!)

Hi All,

I'm taking delivery of my (first) new '06 MCS tomorrow and can't wait! It's been a long 6 months but tomorrow is d-day (delivery). While it's been a fun 4 years with my '01 Audi TT, the MINI will be a welcome change. Scheduled maintenance on a Saturday drive will be OK, but my only concern is living so far away from the closest MINI dealer for warranty repairs. I'm crossing all appendages that my MINI and I will have a long and trouble-free relationship.

It's now been a joyous 3 days of motoring and I can't stop grinning! No "initial quality" problems at all! I am really loving the gadgetMobile so far.

We'll be at the track thing this coming weekend but I don't know which day(s).

By the way, if we don't tear up the track, be kind to us as we only have 300 miles on the ODO so far and probably shouldn't push the envelope...yet. :D
