View Full Version : Gig time at Fralos Pizza, Oct 22 and 23!!

The Tim & Bob Show [featuring Steve Feinstein -- AZUUL] has two upcoming gigs.

On Sunday, October 23, he'll be returning to Fralo's Pizza in Leon Springs [on IH10 access road near Rudy's BBQ]. He'll be on the patio again from 7:30pm until 9:30pm providing musical accompaniment to what we think is the best pizza in town. Our last gig there was well attended, and we're looking forward to being there again -- especially since it won't likely be in the mid-90s like it was last time.

The day before -- Saturday, October 22 -- AZUUL will be just one of the acts performing at the First UU Church of San Antonio's Fall Music Festival. This is an all day festival on the church campus with a wide variety of music in several locations - we're on the main stage (the sanctuary) at about 6:00pm. We'll be doing a shorter, more intimate version of our act, and we hope to see you there. I'm including the appropriate web page (http://www.firstuusanantonio.org/fallfest.htm) for those of you so inclined. Also, you can listen to music and say you went to church!

Not mine. Everytime you play at Fralos I always have to take my brother back to school in Austin that weekend. :eek2 I'd have to steal it from the MINI Center too. :thumbsup

I spent all day detailing my car, so kind of tired, will have to pass on that this time.

Well, you'll be happy you passed -- it was freezing out there. We did one and a half sets, and then our fingers were too cold to play. We'll be looking for some indoor venues.

It was freezing! I left around 3PM in shorts and a t-shirt for Austin, but once we got there it was ice cold. I can't imagine playing guitar in the cold like that...that would make your fingers hurt a lot more than normal. I enjoy the colder weather though. :dancing
