I finally had the balls to install the kit today, it took almost 2 hours with the help of my brother-in-law. Front and rear bumpers were easy, we had a few problems with the side skirts, because we did not have the instructions, so had to figure out the brackets by ourselves.

Here are some pics:

BTW, Renee at the BMW Center is the man to talk, he cut me an incredible deal, so I could not pass on it. I did the painting at Cavender GMC, they did a real good job, no orange peels, fish eyes and color matched the same.

After the installation, I decided to give a bath to my car, the bath took almost an hour, I went through every detail and made sure that the whole car was clean and ready for the wax. This time, I used Meguires wax, took time and waxed the car very carefully. The first time, I taped the wheel arches, so the wax never touched the black spots. I also detailed the interior, put some cream on the Panther Leather (original leather cream for BMWs).

Checked the washer fluids, and put some rubber mats for the front (I always do it before winter).

No, did not paint the arches. I thought about it for a long time, however decided against it, it is a lot of work, and money. I really think that it adds a contrast having the black wheel arches.
