We would like to invite the Lone Star MINI Club to join us at the Dr Pepper Museum parking lot at High Noon on Monday Dec 26th, 2005. We will be taking back roads from the Metromess to Waco and then splitting into two groups to tour either the Dr Pepper Museum or the Texas Ranger Museum and Hall of Fame. We will meet up again around 1315 at Buzzard Billy's for lunch. After lunch a side tour of Crawford is planned.

Put together a back road run or just motor up and join us. RSVP on the MM thread or PM me. I am most concerned about having an accurate number for lunch at BB's.

Rats -- we'll be in Florida on vacation (well, if you can call seeing the in-laws a vacation). Shoot, I'll miss this again.

BUMP . . . Ya mean I can't talk ANY of you guys into meeting us for lunch on Dec 26th? NOBODY in San Antonio wants to drive their MINI the day after Christmas? Don't make me pull out the "double-dog-dare" . . .

Sorry, but I don't particularly want to spend my only day off driving to Waco. I'd rather spend it with my family, especially since it's the day after Christmas. To be honest, I don't know why you would even plan something Christmas weekend.

I guess it started last year when a few of us with the week off between Christmas and New Years suggested a little day trip. We ended up with 32 MINIs and 40+ people for lunch in Waco. So far we have 21 MINIs and 35 people signed up for this year. I was asked by a couple of LSMINI members to include y'all in the planning process.

I don't mean to be rude...I just don't get the timing. If I had the whole week off and it wasn't the day after Christmas then I might go, but that day is the only one I have off. I hope you can understand. Sorry again for not being able to make it. It seems like you'll have a lot of people attending. :thumbsup

Hey diff strokes for diff folks, UJ let me ask the wife to make sure we dont havey anything planned. I think the only plans she has is to go shopping so I might as well hang out with you MINI Motorheads. I'll let you know this week.

Great, the lady at the restaurant told me to try to keep my guess at +/- 5, so even if you aren't sure, come on up. We are now at 24 MINIs and 36 goof-balls for lunch.
