I met Daniel, the new SA at Mini Center, and scheduled couple of things for my car. Man, what a difference, it is like night and day. Very personable, extremely knowledgable, and most important, has his heart in these cars :bows . He was very helpful to me, listened carefully, and told me what we need to do, and I really enjoyed the time spent at the place. They moved Bill to BMW side, and I wish him the best :thumbsup .

I think as LSMC, we need to have a little patience and understanding to Daniel, because he has a lot of work to do, i mean a lot....

It is good to have somebody like him, which will compliment the excellent service from the guys at sales...

I am happy :D

All I can say is, I'll give him a chance, but if history continues, we will eventually be disappointed. Is Bill's assistant, Sharon, going to stay as the MINI assistant?

fair enough, all I was trying to say is to be more positive. I can not predict the future and what is going to happen, but Daniel has my support

I heard he has a mohawk... Any guy with a mohawk obviously love MINI's ( dont try to understand my logic :) )

Its getting time for my 10k service soon, I need to call Daniel up!!

If his name is Daniel Placencia (sp?) then he was the first MINI SA.

It is Palencia. I just called to schedule service but he wasn't in at the moment.

Hello everyone, its Faron and we have gone through a bunch of changes here at the MINI Center. As Berk has already mentioned we do have a new MINI Service Advisor. Daniel was our first MINI Service Adviser and was stolen away to work in another part of Service. To put it simply he is the right person for the job. Daniel understands how to talk to a client, and can explain the technical things in a way that anyone could understand. I will post a photo of him & his office. The next time you walk into our Service Department, there will be no mistaking where the MINI Clients need to go. The days of feeling less important then a BMW client are on the way out, everyone will soon see we are about to change for the better.
Hard at work as usual!

His hair will not be the same color each time you come in, but that's not what it takes to do a great job.

This is AWESOME!!! By far the biggest complaints I have heard from existing and prospective MINI owners is the problems with service. I've been approached many times by folks interested in the MINI and apparently through word of mouth they got the impression that getting the MINI serviced was a major pain in the buttocks. I always told them I didnt have first hand knowledge of this but that I had heard the same. Lets face it most of the MINI owners time will be spent with the Service folks. They should at all times provide service that is beyond compared. Thats one thing I loved about owning my Audi. The service department was amazing, hands down. I really look forward to getting the same type service from the MINI center.:dancing
