The wife and I are in the planning stages for the trip. So it looks like we are going. :dancing
Can anyone recommend a decent place to stay in Fred? I do not like the idea of driving back to SA after partaking in the festivities (and libations).

I think I might skip it this year and save or use the hotel/gas money for something else. :thumbsup

Check out the HCR site but last year a lot of the Houston folks stayed at a local breakfast in bed type place and they loved it. I'll see if I can find some places..

The Fredericksburg Brewery has a nice B&B that is a great place to stay at. A lot of the Houston MINIs stayed there last time. If I were going this year I think I'd stay there if I could. :thumbsup

we are going up Saturday morning. Who wants to caravan up there? We'd like to be up there by maybe 10am.

I think I may go Sunday only now. :dancingWe'll be there Sunday morning, but we have a Tim and Bob gig at Fralos on Sunday night at 7pm. We usually need to get there by 5:30pm to eat dinner and set up the equipment. So, we need to leave soon after lunch on Sunday. Greg, so we'll see you up there at the Sunday breakfast.

Okie, dokie. We are caravaning up to Fredricksburg on Saturday morning. Meet at the Valero station at Bulverde Rd and 1604 at 9:15am. We'll probably leave by 9:20 or so. See you at the HCR.
