new sections

we need to make the site more interesting.. for instance we need to open up new categories such as off topic/non-car related. a section for cars non mini related, and a track day related area. We need to get some discussions going

There is a an Off Topic section at the bottom. I can add a track day section, like a bragging section to post slips, dyno numbers etc etc
