to bra or not to bra

That is the question. I am think about getting a bra for my MCS. Anyone have advise, experience, etc?

All I know is my parents have one on there 92 Honda Accord. If you don't remove it and clean it then the dirt will build up in it and scratch your paint. It's always covering up the paintwork when it is on too, so there is the possibility the coloring may end up different after a few years because of fading. If anything I would personally go with one of those clear ones like Invisishield. They will protect your bonnet from rock chips and not damage the paint as much as the black bras in my opinion, plus they look better to me. I already have a few chips from the Shiner run a few weeks ago, so if you are worried about rock chips then it would be good to put on some protection. Or you can join the battlescars club. :thumbsup

I would go with that 3M clear bra. I think Danny had it on his car. Pricey but worth it.

I would not use your vinyl type black bra no matter what they advertise they do scratch your paint. I had a clear bra installed at the dealership. It is made by Venture Shield. It was pricey but well worth it. 5000+ miles and no rock damage :thumbsup

I have the invisishield on my MINI and love it. Like everyone says, its pricey but worth it. We have different kits available to choose from (hood and mirrors, or full frontal kit). I highly recommend this instead of a bra
