I went to British Sensations off Perrin Beitel today during lunch and picked up this Union Jack flag. I slid it off the plastic pole it comes with then slid it onto the antenna. Then zip tied it at the top so it doesn't fly off. :thumbsup

Very cool...BUT...I would buy a large stock of flags! I had a pirate flag on Burnie that looked way cool...unfortunately it was nothing but shreds after about 2K of "spirited" motoring. I went through 3 flags and eventually gave up--but the pirate spirit lives on--AAARRRGGH!

Here's a picture after about 1K you can see the beginning of the shredding at the bottom corner...

Good luck and happy motoring!

Yup, I've already noticed the flag coming apart. I might try putting some glue on the end or something else, but I noticed it after my first drive with it on. I was thinking about checking out Dixie Flags off 35 to see if they had a stronger, car one or if they can make one. All it needs are some beefy, seamed up edges and it should last a little longer. It looks very cool though!

How about Confederation Flag on my Mini :D

I don't know if I'd do that. When I put the Union Jack one on the people at work said I should put a Texas flag, or US flag, above it so they don't run me off the road. :D Actually people seem to be staying further away from me now. :thumbsup
