Yesterday I finally received and installed the Euro Parcel shelf and the stock center console(without armrest). The parcel shelf is pretty simple to install. I just had some trouble with the blue plastic inserts that you are supposed to snap on and screw into. I got the screw on the left to thread into the insert and go through the rail under the steering column, but the one on the right threaded into the insert and twisted it off the rail so the screw and insert weren't attached to anything. Well, I got one in so it's attached pretty good for now. There is a big improvement in leg room with the parcel shelf, which is really nice.
I have to say I really like the design of the stock center console much better. It has one screw attachment point, instead of 2 with the armrest console. Instead of the screw under the coin storage area there are two tabs in the front that slide under the shifter console. There's a whole lot of space between the seats now too with that armrest out of the way. :thumbsup :D
